	John R Green Rev John R Green (Minister), Rosedale Community Church John has spent 28 years in bi-vocational ministry combining pastoral work with Christian media. He has served as Chief Executive Officer for a number of radio stations in the Southwest and Northeast United States and Southern Ontario, Canada. Moving to Great Britain in 1999 he went from working with the Evangelical Alliance in London to establishing a Christian television channel on the SKY. Ordained and licensed as a minister of the gospel, John has both lead and planted churches as well as carrying out itinerant Bible preaching and singing. John accepted the call to be Minister of Rosedale Community Church in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire in September of 2008, leaving UCB TV where he was Founder and Broadcasting Manager. He is accompanied in ministry by his wife Bethany and four girls.

	Bethany Green Bethany Green (L.Th) spent several years in Belfast prior to her marriage to John working as a Bible Teaching Co-ordinator for Logos Ministries. She was also involved in cross-community youth work in West Belfast. At Rosedale, Bethany co-ordinates: the Sunday School and Youth Work, Powerhouse Prayer Meetings, Rosedale Bible Programme and the Beloved Baby ministry. Bethany also works in Cheshunt and surrounding area as a Breastfeeding Counsellor with the National Childbirth Trust. In her spare time she bakes flapjack!
	Adrian Clark Adrian is a member of the leadership team, and with his wife Jo, leads one of the worship groups. Adrian teaches Technology at a large Secondary School, and is consequently in charge of "projects" at the Church! He is also a trustee of the Asaph Christian Music Trust, and a trustee of the Bomken Nursery School Trust (in Gambia).
